| Unit Description: | A study of the canonical gospels (Matthew, Mark, Luke, John) and their interrelationships, with particular attention to one gospel, its structure, context themes, and detailed exegesis of selected passages. There will be opportunity for use of Greek for students who have completed New Testament Greek I and II. |

| Contact Time: | Lectures: 2 hours per week; tutorials: 1 hour per week. |
| Exclusions: | Students who have successfully completed S247 Synoptic Gospels, S247 Matthew, Mark and Luke, S251 Johannine Literature or S251 John's Gospel and Related Writings may not enrol in this unit for credit except with the permission of the Program Chair. |
