EDU103: Principles of Language and Literacy
This unit provides the understandings about language and literacy essential for teachers. It introduces students to several different ways of looking at language and the relationships between language structure and function, language and culture, language and learning, and how language informs our views of the world. The idea that different media, topics, audiences and purposes require different literacies will be explored.
