| Unit Description: | This course covers aspects of collection and examination of trace evidence and comparisons, including fingerprints, ballistics, hair, paint, fibres, soils, glass (including in the context of motor vehicle accidents). Students will learn how to commission expertise, and to understand, defend and question such evidence. A case study or studies will be used to illustrate the course content. |
